2009 - "La Tumba Azul"

The last Day of the Dead installation I did at Talento Bilingue de Houston was entitled "La Tumba Azul," (The Blue Tomb).  It was a replica of a picture taken in Quajaca by, photographer/artist Mary Helen Perez.  Mary Helen's picture was my inspiration for this altar .  I dedicated it to Mujeres de Corazon - Women of Heart - women who live in the seeds they left behind.
